Information we process
Your name, email, phone number, service selection, message, language, optional SMS consent and submission time. To prevent spam, we also store an hourly technical hash of the IP address. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your message.
Purpose and basis
We use the information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and plan work. This is based on steps you request before a contract or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. We send a text reply only if you select that option. Spam prevention protects the service. We do not add enquiry details to a marketing list.
Retention and providers
We keep messages until the enquiry and any related customer relationship or justified follow-up need have been handled. Cloudflare hosts the site database. If SMS or translation features are enabled, their providers may also process relevant message and contact details; translation is initiated only to handle a reply. Provider processing may also occur outside the EEA. Ask info@tess.fi for details.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information and, where applicable, object to or restrict processing by emailing info@tess.fi. You can withdraw SMS consent by telling us. You may complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
